Be Puff operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Be Puff is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1.1 By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. 1.2 Product Classification: Be Puff specializes in artisanal shisha pipes, glassware, and related accessories ("Hardware"). We do not sell, distribute, or promote tobacco, nicotine, or any consumable substances. 1.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of our Hardware complies with all local regulations in your jurisdiction.
SECTION 2 - ACCURACY AND MODIFICATIONS
2.1 We make every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, colors and appearances may differ due to device settings. 2.2 All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities to any person or geographic region.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND AFFILIATE REFERRALS
3.1 Offers to Purchase: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until Be Puff confirms acceptance via email. 3.2 Affiliate Codes: Customers using an Affiliate referral code receive a 10% discount. This discount must be applied at the time of checkout. Be Puff is not responsible for the failure of a discount code due to technical issues, browser settings, or ad-blockers. 3.3 Personal Use: You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
4.1 Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or international customs charges. 4.2 You represent and warrant that the credit card information you provide is true and that you are authorized to use such payment method.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND "STORE CREDIT" POLICY
5.1 Importer of Record: For all international orders, the customer is the "Importer of Record" and must comply with all laws of the destination country. 5.2 Customs Risk: Shisha-related hardware is subject to varying regulations. You acknowledge and accept the risk that your order may be inspected, delayed, or seized by customs authorities. 5.3 Customs Seizures: In the event that an order is blocked, seized, or destroyed by customs or local authorities in the destination country:

No Cash Refunds: Be Puff does not offer cash refunds for orders failed due to customs intervention or local regulatory bans.

Limited Store Credit: At our sole discretion, and provided the customer provides official proof of seizure, we may issue Store Credit for the value of the goods (excluding shipping fees). 5.4 Transfer of Risk: Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer products to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 All content on the Services, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Be Puff or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce or distribute any material without our prior written consent.
SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
7.1 Be Puff is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Be Puff, including any injury or loss resulting from purchased products.
SECTION 8 - PROHIBITED USES
8.1 You may not use our Services for any unlawful purpose, including violating international regulations or infringing on intellectual property. 8.2 You are prohibited from using robots, spiders, or automated AI tools to access or scrape the Services without express written permission.
SECTION 9 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
9.1 Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2023/2673, customers within the EEA have a 14-day right to withdraw from this contract. This does not apply to goods that have been unsealed or used after delivery for hygiene reasons. 9.2 You may exercise this right via the "Withdrawal" button in your account portal or by contacting bigmoneymoves20@proton.me.
SECTION 10 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, Be Puff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the Services or any products procured. 10.2 We are not liable for any legal consequences or fines incurred by the customer due to the possession of shisha hardware in jurisdictions where such items are restricted.
SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
11.1 These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. 11.2 You and Be Puff consent to the exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction of the courts in Prague, Czech Republic.
